Q: Do you take group photographs?
A: Of course - but we also love to be loved. The main reason for the unpopularity of wedding photographers is the fact they take so long with group shots. In our experience it takes minutes to shoot group photographs but ages rounding up participants. We request that the bride and groom appoint an effective ‘team of coordinators’ for this task (usually the best man and ushers).
Also - we are not bullies. There are always guests who hate having their photograph taken and will purposely hide behind the heads of others - we politely request that everyone finds a space for their heads and leave it at that.
Q: Can I ask for a particular group combination picture?
A: Yes you can, we will take all the standard group shots as requested, but if there is a particular combination you would like to be taken, please feel free to tell us at any time.
Q: Are you insured?
A: We have public liability but we cannot be insured collectively for loss of photographic record. A wedding insurance package will do this for you.
Q: If I would like my images put on-line for people to view how long will this take?
A: Please allow up to three weeks from the date of the wedding.
Q: When will my proofs be ready?
A: Proofs normally take 3 weeks from the date of the wedding.
Q: When will my main wedding album be ready?
A: Normally around 5-10 working days after we receive your final print selections’. You can select your prints from the unique reference number on each proof and e-mail your selection with sizes, whether in Black & White or Colour, glossy paper or matt and so on.
Q: Can guests and friends view and order my wedding photographs on-line?
A: Yes they can order and pay by credit card on line using the "Pay-Pal" system which is secure and easy.
Q: Will my prints be printed in Gloss or Matt finish?
A: All proof prints (7x5) are printed in gloss. Larger sizes can be printed in either, but if you do not indicate which you would prefer they will automatically be printed in a gloss finish.
Q: Can I have some prints in Colour and some in Black & White
A: All of your proofs are delivered in Colour unless you specifically ask for them all in Black & White.
All of your proofs have a specific reference number. When selecting your images for your album please quote the reference number of each print and whether you would like it in Black & White or Colour.
Q: Can I order extra large prints .
A: Yes you can order extra prints as per our re-print price list.
Q: Can we pay for our package by credit card?
A: Yes we use the "Pay-Pal" system for credit card payments, which is secure and easy.
Q: How do we receive our prints? Do we need to collect them?
A: No, We send all prints and albums out by recorded delivery or special delivery. For your proofs and for your final album all postage is gratis. For any extra prints we charge postage, recorded delivery charge plus a packing charge .
Q: Do you belong to any professional bodies?
